On time and he got down to business. I had scheduled brakes for my truck and he showed me why the rear brakes were fine just not adjusted properly which he did. He save me a few hundred dollars. Neighbors saw his work and scheduled their Jaguar to be done by James. Great find.

Thankfully, he narrowed down exactly what the problem was for my truck and even explained that it was a simple fix we could easily handle ourselves if we were up for rather than pushing for us to pay even more and possibly wait longer on our time crunch to have it done by him. He saved us a great deal of stress and saved us some time which we greatly appreciate. We're on a very tight budget and naturally vehicles always seem to go down when you need them the most.
