My water pump is located in a weird place. He literally had to remove two hand full of screws and other parts to get to it. he wasn't moving slow, but the job still took way longer than was estimated. He was very professional about the whole thing and didn't give up on me or do a messy half way job to make his other appointments. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had bought the part previously and he told me that the starter piece I bought was too big. He suggested I go exchange it for the right piece and even waited while I did the exchange! Awesome mechanic and glad my first experience with the company was with a fantastic mechanic!
