Joe was outstanding! -- knowledgeable, courteous, sociable, and prompt. He was at my door at 7:00a, the appointment time I requested. Your online appointment scheduler, however, suggested that "my mechanic might arrive anytime between 7:00-8:00a!" Kudos to Joe for arriving at the time I booked for service.

James was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He saw that my brakes and rotors were fine and showed me. He also took a ride with me to get a better understanding of why I thought my brakes were slipping. It actually was one of the wheels causing the vibration not my brakes or rotors. I would highly recommend James and have done so with several of my friends. They will be giving Your Mechanic a call for their car service needs.
