Ben called ahead of the appointment window to introduce himself and confirm his arrival time. The appointment was to Change oil and filter. Ben also ran a diagnostic and charged the battery when we discovered it dead upon his arrival. Ben took pictures of the individual steps of the oil change including the removal/replacement of the old filter. Great to have photo verification that the work was performed as promised. Ben also left the site clean. Great Job!

He came on time. Gave my car a test drive to see if it was really my master cylinder. Turns out that it wasn't. He then unscrewed all four wheels and checked my Brake pads. He was very nice and knew what he was doing.
