My experience with Lucas was excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable, and explained things very thoroughly in a way I could easily understand. He took the time to listen to what I was talking about, and then took even more time to look very carefully and find the problem I was describing. All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. Thermostat on '06 Sienna bad and in a difficult location -- Ira fixed it and saved me the problem of overheating on way to a service station. Quick and clean repair -- no antifreeze on ground and vehicle runs great now. Thanks, Ira

Off the charts amazing so convenient everything so easy and so much more reasonable than the other way I was going to go. Instantly knew what was wrong and he was very great at telling me all my choices and helping me consider and evaluate what needed to be done and in what order. I am so thankful as a woman to have mechanic that I can trust instead of having to find myself someone else to help me make sure that my automotive work is done correctly . No I don’t need anyone else to help me decide what’s wrong or needs to be done because I have someone to trust that will come to my house and work on my car while I am in the leisure of my own home. This is better in so many ways they going to the dealership or taking the time to have to drop a car off and go pick it up and get a ride home and all that stuff instead, you walk out to your car hand a key and Boom an hour later your car is done and ready to go. Amazing I am not a reviewer and I am blown away at how amazing this experience was.
