I thought I needed a new starter. Lucass came out found out my stater wasn’t the problem it was my alternator. The part was under warranty from another mechanic. Lucass was super supportive of me checking with the other mechanic. He was not pushy and made sure I made a decision that was in my best interest. Very happy with his service. Honestly is a rare thing these days.

Mr.Tinashe Karidza came to my house on time. He came with masks and globes on. He introduced himself to me and went with me with the checklist of what jobs he was going to perform in the car. He is a nice, polite, and well-mannered gentleman. He started working on my car immediately without wasting any time. While he was working on the care, I spoke to him a few times. He is intelligent and has a good knowledge of the car. I saw that he is detailed oriented. Taking his own time in doing jobs no rush to finish the job. I really like him and I will call him every time I need repair or maintenance on my car. Not only that I will recommend him to my friends and family. About the company Your Mechanic, a very reasonable and realizable company. Every time I had questions either I email them or called them, they replied email in a very reasonable time. Every time I called them they asked you to leave a message. I called them a couple of times and left the messages no one care to call me back. Two times I called and hold for customer service person the lady answered the phone was so nice and polite, She made sure that she answered all my questions satisfactorily. I highly reamend this company. They come to you and charge a lot less than dealers or auto shops and I do not have to wait in the there unsafe waiting room at their mercy.

Appreciate the work that Walter do! I used one company before him and they didn’t do a good job. Luckily I was able to find a mechanic like Walter who gets the job done and is friendly!
