Desmond communicated efficiently with me as he approached for the appointment. He arrived promptly. He confirmed the specific service I requested: replacement of sway bar link (bushings). I verbally confirmed that the right rear side under my car had a knocking noise whenever I drove on the road. He asked me to authorize the payment for the service. After payment authorization, he began the complete process of working on the problem area. Within minutes of arrival, he thoroughly recognized the right rear bushing that needed replacement by feeling for it's noise underneath the car. He used a jack to lift the car, removed the damaged bushing and replaced it with a brand new Duralast bushing. He took necessary pictures of the vehicle and recorded voice notes of what he did. Desmond had all the necessary tools to effectively complete the replacement within a short time. After he completed the right rear bushing replacement, I watched as he test-drove my car.
