Great job!! He was very professional and helpful! He checked my entire car out and replaced my alternator as a credit, as I had Your Mechanic put in one last July and I was under warranty. On a side note, be careful. Even though it was proven this was a valid warranty and that the alternator they put in my car last year is what failed, I would not be charged.... However, they did attempt to charge me $149. for a free service. That is just a shame. I DO NOT blame Steven, I blame Your Mechanic with attempting to debit my card. My CU alerted me to this charge.

Jermaine came out twice to look at my car. First to check and confirm that a previous mechanic did not install the correct part and second to fix the issue. He he was profession, quick, and did a great job explaining the issue to me clearly.
