2016 Toyota Land Cruiser 95,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Breck notified me ahead of my appointment time that he'd be a few minutes late, which was fine with me, as I was too. He got right to work, figured out the problem & fixed it. He then did a major inspection of my vehicle, documenting everything. We discussed a couple of repairs that I thought I needed & will put in a couple of quote requests to determine what to do next. The whole process was so simple. It was done at my condo on Sunday afternoon while I cleaned out my car. After he was finished, I paid & instantly had all my detailed info & suggested repairs. Unfortunately, after he left, I opened up the trunk a few times & once again, could not shut the lid. I called YourMechanic back, then spoke to Breck & he came right back over. In 2 minutes, he found the other cause of my trunk problem & fixed it. I'm totally thriled with this service & with Breck. He was professional, knowlegable & very thorough with my car inspection. He was very courteous & answered my 101 questions. Yes, I'd have Breck come do all of my upcoming needed repairs for both my cars, if he's available.

Excellent all around experience. Chris was punctual, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I thought I needed brake pads and disc/rotors...Chris let me know that I only needed pads, which saved me some money. Definitely recommend Chris and will use this service/him again when something comes up on my cars.
