2020 Toyota Highlander 50,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben called ahead of the appointment window to introduce himself and confirm his arrival time. The appointment was to Change oil and filter. Ben also ran a diagnostic and charged the battery when we discovered it dead upon his arrival. Ben took pictures of the individual steps of the oil change including the removal/replacement of the old filter. Great to have photo verification that the work was performed as promised. Ben also left the site clean. Great Job!

John came to do a warranty inspection after I had an emissions system part replaced. My car had started leaking gas as I pumped the fuel into it. He was able to detect the problem and replaced the emissions cylinder again, as well as the damaged hose. It was not a minor mistake that had been made originally and having a gas leak was very serious to me. He was very efficient and explained how one part was actually put back in the wrong place. I would definitely use John as my mechanic for any future work that needs to be done on my vehicle.

Arturos was awesome with my car!! He went above and beyond taking care of me and my vehicle. He had the knowledge and experience to take wonderful care of my rust bucket of a car and my car now drives beautifully again! He changed my brakes and routers which were beyond needing fixing and now my car doesnt make a sound. The whole time he let me know what he was doing and showed me what to avoid in the future. I definitely plan to have him work on my car again.
