The appointment was to Change oil and filter. Ben also ran a diagnostic and charged the battery when we discovered it dead upon his arrival.
Ben took pictures of the individual steps of the oil change including the removal/replacement of the old filter. Great to have photo verification that the work was performed as promised.

Chris was unable to repair car, presumably due to computer code issues which need to be addressed by dealer. That being said, he did a thorough job of trying to get to root of problem as to why it would not start.
