Chris contacted me the day before the service so he could understand my specific requests. He asked clarifying questions until we were aligned on a solution. He provided an updated quote and ordered the necessary parts. He showed up early for the scheduled appointment; he completed the work faster than his estimated time; he test drove my truck to ensure the brakes were working; I could not tell he had been working in my garage (it was clean). I was able to get my brakes and rotors replaced at my house for cheaper than the quote I got on the phone from a well known "auto mechanic chain". Thank you Chris!
