1997 Toyota Celica 105,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first experience booking a mobile mechanic and I was a little dubious, but Chris was excellent in all phases of his performance. He arrived on time (actually a little early), did the analysis and identified the problem. He also went through my options, including ways for me to save some money by buying the parts from a Toyota dealer so I could get authentic Toyota parts. We agreed that I would do that and he would return when I called him to install the parts.

Nazareth arrived in a more than timely manner, and went straight to work on the diagnostic. He was very good at explaining the result to me, as well as making his recommendations for service. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I appreciated his efforts.

This was a recall of a job done were the break pads were faulty. Rich came out, diagnosed the issues, reported back to the company and within days I had an appointment to correct the problem. Rich called and asked if he could come early, which I loved, and did the work in a timely fashion. I think he is great and wouldI like recommend him to anyone.
