Showed up on time and completed the task quickly. He was knowledgeable about my car and knew beforehand that some additional parts would be needed even though the quote did not include them.

I was more than satisfied with Matt’s service on my 2007 Camry. He was able to arrive early and made sure that I was available. I thought my alternator needed to be changed. He asked a few questions about the symptoms and agreed that it was indeed the problem. His workmanship is certainly admirable. He went above and beyond when he made it easy for me to get to my radiator cap!!!!!

Nathan arrived to the appointment on time and was very courteous in his approach and communication. While he was able to complete the requested job (which was to replace/install a new alternator), there would be a related follow-up issue regarding my car's battery that would find its way onto my To-Do List. I believe a proper assessment of my vehicle health would've pointed this out much sooner than when it did. Aside from that one little tidbit, I give my stamp of approval to Nathan overall.
