He was very easy to work with, and easy to talk with—even taking the time to explain what he thought may be the cause to my car stalling. Having met me to work on the car at the parking lot of my office (there's no room to work on it where I live), I was even able to go grab dinner, feeling rest assured that Chet could handle the job.
