Sheer excellence. Chris was professional, punctual, and courteous. He arrived early and completed an arduously difficult service (90k mile service; including timing belt, radiator flush, oil change, and tire rotation) during one of the hottest days of the year...while working on simmering asphalt! He had just enough dirt on his jeans to know he gets into the cars, but not so much that you didn't want him in your car.
