James did a wonderful job. He changed out the starter with out a hitch and now I do not half to worry about an intermittent functioning starter. I was going to change it myself and then looked at the hassle of it...I did not want to deal with it. James made it look easy, but I knew it would have been a chore for me. He was very nice and professional. Gave me some recommendations without being a sales person. I felt he was honest and sincere. Oh, on a side note, if this was done at a shop, the mechanic would probably not have finished in a couple of hours. I was up and driving around very quickly...not an all day project.

He called when on the way.He was patient and answered ALL my questions and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. He was also able to fix the problem. Because of employees (AND EXCELLENT MECHANIC) like Mr Glenn Leach I will continue to use YOUR MECHANIC for any future problems.
