James did a wonderful job. He changed out the starter with out a hitch and now I do not half to worry about an intermittent functioning starter. I was going to change it myself and then looked at the hassle of it...I did not want to deal with it. James made it look easy, but I knew it would have been a chore for me. He was very nice and professional. Gave me some recommendations without being a sales person. I felt he was honest and sincere. Edgar was very timely. Replaced battery quickly. Also checked alternator to make sure it was working properly. Very polite, answered my questions, gave me explanations. Very courteous and would recommend him to others.
