James did a wonderful job. He changed out the starter with out a hitch and now I do not half to worry about an intermittent functioning starter. I was going to change it myself and then looked at the hassle of it...I did not want to deal with it. James made it look easy, but I knew it would have been a chore for me. He was very nice and professional. Gave me some recommendations without being a sales person. I felt he was honest and sincere. Oh, on a side note, if this was done at a shop, the mechanic would probably not have finished in a couple of hours. I was up and driving around very quickly...not an all day project.

He was very nice, he listened, was honest about our car and situation, didn't try to talk us into doing things that were not going to help or would have been uselesss inevitably. I will definitely use the service again and request him.
