We had another great experience with Rodney. He called ahead of the appointment and asked if he could arrive early. He arrived with the parts and was ready to begin the repair. Several shops told us that the parts for my vehicle were no longer available. Rodney located the parts and ordered them for the repair. Rodney originally said the repair would take several hours, but Rodney was able to complete the repairs in approximately one hour. He showed me the old parts and offered them to me if I wanted. Rodney was very professional and polite. The area was completely cleaned up before he left, and he answered all of our questions. We would recommend Rodney to our friends, and we would ask for him again if another repair was needed.

Carlos provided a vehicle inspection I was not able to perform myself. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent information and pictures to help me make a decision. He called me to go over the results and made sure I understood each item on his list and overall condition.
