2001 Suzuki Vitara 105,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

He was very informative to my husband and myself, regarding my Suzuki Vitara, and the problem of the engine. When engine lights indicate something more drastic. When we lived in Globe, we could not find anyone who had any knowledge of the Suzuki. This was a good experience - not having to drive all over the valley finding a dealership.

Eduardo is awesome! He texted me asking if he could come a little early, I was free so I said sure. I had made the appointment for a new thermostat, which I was 90% sure was the issue with my car heater, but I asked him if he could check it first. He said that due to the diagnostic procedure for it he could either do diagnostic or the repair I ordered today, but not both due to engine temp etc. But he said it most likely was the thermostat based on my description, so I agreed to go ahead and replace it as booked. He let me stick around and observe, checked & tested his own work to make sure it was done right, and he even ended up finishing all the work before my original appointment start time. I got in my car to move it after the repair and it was toastier than it’s been in years!!! On top of all that Eduardo is courteous and professional, which is always a treat.

Mr. Cruz was very knowledgeable,professional and easy to talk to. I would like to have him do the maintenance on my auto. Mr. Sam Jiles.
