He showed up early. He cared enough to reasess my issue just to make sure I wasn't getting the the wrong thing repaired. He also explained what we wrong and gave me some useful suggestions. And he was pretty fast.

Eduardo is awesome! He texted me asking if he could come a little early, I was free so I said sure. I had made the appointment for a new thermostat, which I was 90% sure was the issue with my car heater, but I asked him if he could check it first. He said that due to the diagnostic procedure for it he could either do diagnostic or the repair I ordered today, but not both due to engine temp etc. But he said it most likely was the thermostat based on my description, so I agreed to go ahead and replace it as booked. He let me stick around and observe, checked & tested his own work to make sure it was done right, and he even ended up finishing all the work before my original appointment start time. I got in my car to move it after the repair and it was toastier than it’s been in years!!! On top of all that Eduardo is courteous and professional, which is always a treat.

I had a great experience using this service for the first time. Ronnie exceeded my expectations and worked skillfully and patiently on a car that had been out of commission for almost a year. He wasn't even fazed by wasps that had built a nest under the hood! I definitely would recommend him to anybody.
