Scott showed up as expected. He replaced the rear brake pads and did an inspection. He answered all my questions. The car stops when I hit the brakes and I no longer hear any strange noises.

Duane is a really nice guy. He got a new water pump installed on my Suzuki in a few hours while I was at work. Very easy to deal with, communicative and trustworthy. Already recommended him to my coworkers.
