My experience was great! Brett was extremely kind and professional. He went out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service.

He’s very willing to update appointment time to be workable for both parties. He came to fix my car handle as booked. He found another problem, but he told me how to fix it in a cost-effective way for a future appointment.

Once he was here, Kanstanstin was pretty efficient in getting the work done, but he showed up nearly 30 minutes late and didn't communicate at all beforehand that he would be late or why he was late -- very unprofessional. When I called support, they also weren't helpful at all.
