Went above and beyond. I had the wrong rotor sizes and he waited for me to go and exchange them instead of just telling me he couldn't do the service or rescheduling. Also when my seized bolts broke he went to the junk yard with new bolts. It still went on my bill, but he found me the cheapest option available in the time.

There are very few folk that know mechanics with cars. Alex was a complete standout with his knowledge of cars, parts and mechanisms and that was a pleasure to interact with him. Alex and Yourmechanic as an organization were super good... zero (repeat ZERO) salesy/upsell conversation, do what is right for the customer and provide valuable advice. I would recommend Alex for any mechanic needs from yourmechanic.

Joel was really great, and I don't rate 5 stars lightly. I am high risk for COVID, and my car died from lack of use and I had to get the battery replaced at my house with NO CONTACT before tomorrow when I'm scheduled for a vaccine. He came right on time, replaced the battery in like 15 minutes, got in his truck when I can came out so I could start my car without him hear, etc. Very efficient, very respectful, fixed the car perfectly!!! No other place even returned my calls this fast let alone booked paid and replaced the battery contact free in 24 hours! I'm impressed.
