He took time to explain what was going to happen and when presented with some challenges he was forthcoming that he didn't know. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly when he came to replace my water pump and timing belt for my 95 Subaru Legacy. He noticed that my alternator belt was worn, so I quickly grabbed one from the shop down the street and he replaced it at no charge. Robert was friendly enough to let me watch him work on the car from start to finish and answered all of my questions. Great guy, great work.
