2010 Scion tC 115,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

YourMechanic.com gets rid of all the hassle of finding a reliable mechanic, going down to a shop, and waiting around for repairs. Michael was very knowledgeable and was answer all my questions. He even brought to my attention that the from brakes that I thought needed to be changed were still good for about 20,000 miles and that only the rear needed to be replaced. He did a great job of reviewing everything he did at the end of the service and letting me know of any potential issues that I should keep an eye on in the future. Would definitely recommend.

He was over an hour and 30 mins late for the appt. The appt. Was for 11:30 am and didn't receive notification we was on his way till 12:30. An hour after. He did arrive but no till 1:10pm with only saying very little and getting right to work. Surprisingly work was done within the hour. The car is driving wonderfully and the brakes work looks great. The only down side is lack of communication and being close to 2 hrs late. Debating if i will use this service again, but was still helpful with me working 2 jobs .

Arrived on time. Work done in amount of time promised. Very professional and courteous. Offered important recommendations for future repairs. Would request Arturo for next repairs.
