Not only was James on time, but he was early and had everything ready to start working. He checked my oil level, topped of all fluids and cleaned my battery connector absolutely free. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and likes to be as efficient as possible. He was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. He changed my air conditioning motor in less than an hour and made sure the air was nice and cold and the compressor running smoothly. He also checked the air level in my tires and cleaned and replaced everything shifted or moved during service.
