2001 Saturn SW2 87,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

James is great. It's the second time he's worked with my car and I trust him working on my car because my car is rare. Thank you for the great job. Will recommend you always.

Scott was very thorough and amazing. He looked through the car and made sure to make me aware of any problems it had. In the end, I didn’t end up purchasing but he helped tremendously and saved me a 2 day trip to Arizona! Thanks again Scott!
