Needed someone to go look at my Mom's car. My mom told me that Ben was very polite and courteous, and also very patient with her, and didn't mind all of her questions.

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Matt has shown himself to be a true professional with great knowledge of mechanical concerns with vehicles. He respected my need to have questions answered regarding problems with my car while exercising patience, consideration, and being helpful as necessary with prioriting the need for multiple repairs. Without doubt, Matt represented YOUR MECHANIC as if he was it's owner. I'm sure that Matt is one of many experts providing mechanic services, however, I've chosen to make him "my mechanic"!
