2002 Saturn SL 114,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

John was very friendly, courteous & got good knowledge of cars in general. He was early to the appointment, was very careful & thorough with the checking of the car's symptom(s). The most positive thing I noticed from him was that he was honest with his answers to the questions I posed on him. I know my car problems/symptoms and if I ever need any repairs, I'd definitely trust John to take care of my car.

Nice young man. Most importantly he was also very knowledgeable. Got busy right away and solved the in within a short time. I will be requesting Jose whenever I use your business again.. I was very pleasantly surprised at the service and cost of your service. Will be using you again soon.
