1993 Saturn SC2 96,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Collines showed up on time and did a great job explaining what the problem was and what he needed to do fix it. I’ll definitely look to use him again for any future issues.

Claude was awesome! He was on time and got straight to business. He was done inspecting my car, reviewed the results with me and scheduled my followup visit for repairs all within an hour. He gladly answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.
