1999 Saturn SC1 45,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Joe was wonderful. He arrived right on time, I was concerned about him working in such cold weather. He was not concerned at all and said he was use to it. It is great to find a mechanic I can trust.

He was very kind an professional in my opinion he is very highly experienced in his field . He was able to quickly diagnose an repair the electrical issue that had caused me problems for well over 3 weeks. Pedro was also very willing to accommodate my schedule an what days an times were most convenient for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest no b.s. machanic . I will be referring family an friends.
