2002 Saturn SC1 36,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

He was great my car still sucks just because its a POS. He replaced my cv boot with no issues and let me know about the lower arena needing replacement. Very polite and helpful

Chris showed up right on time and took time to discuss the service I booked for my 2004 Saturn Vue. He got right to work and finished within the estimated time for servicing. He also took the time to answer all my questions, which I appreciated very much! His recommendations for future servicing were also discussed and will be booking follow-up service, in the near future. It was a very positive experience, thanks to Chris.
