We wonder why the scale doesn't go higher?! This was our first time using Your Mechanic and we were very pleased. Ben called before he came, showed up early. Completed the repair quickly and completely. He demonstrated fantastic manners and a heart of God. We had the final receipt within minutes of completion. David was nice and curteous. He listened to me when I explained what was happening with my car; and, explained to me what he believed, based on his experience in working with cars, was wrong with my car before servicing it and afterwards. As well as giving me future recommendations about my car.

He is an EXCELLENT and straightforward person. His calm demeanour and personality is absolutely amazing 珞. I have never met someone so honest. He came on time, and did everything perfectly well.
