2003 Saturn L200 45,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Stacy was knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the situation and knew what to do quickly. He completed the repair in a timely manner and observed social distancing and mask protocols the entire time. He was courteous and pleasant. I would be comfortable with his working on the vehicle again.

I had a great experience. The mechanic was early. He went right to work. When finished, he showed me the damaged parts, explained what was done, and answered all of my questions. He even gave me a reference to another mechanic that does welding that he doesn't do. Price was great and I wasn't charged until the work was complete
