2007 Saab 9-7x 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Peter was awesome! He even taught me things about my car I never knew including explaining about the air pressure in my tires for the extreme temperatures in the southwest environment. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It's difficult to find mechanics that service a SAAB where I live or that I would trust working on my car. He made an adjustment to my window that would not close all the way at no extra charge. Peter completed my 30,000 mile service at a cost much less than I would have paid at the dealer and did not try to tell me I needed things I didn't need that the dealer often did. It's difficult to find service people to come out to the rural area where I live. I totally trust Peter with my car repairs and maintenance. Was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Having a record online of my repairs and maintenance is an added benefit. Will never take my car to the dealer again. Look forward to the next time I need service instead of dreading it. Matthew really knows his stuff when in comes to cars. This is the 3rd time he has diagnosed my 08 saab 9-3. So far he's 3 for 3. This time, I actually took my car to a local shop and they couldn't " duplicate the symptoms " for which I brought my car in. That was unfortunate because my car ended up haveing the same presenting issues the next day ( white smoke, from tail pipe self reving , loosing power etc. ) I then scheduled with Matthew and he was able to diagnose in under 30 minutes because he knows what to look for. He iscurtious ,on time, and the bottom line is, he is a great mechanic.
