Our experience with Bill was pleasant. He showed early and it was great because it allowed us to go on about our day much earlier than we had anticipated. I don't let others work on my vehicle, but was unable to replace my starter due to a back injury. Jeremy showed up early, had all necessary tools and equipment, completed the job in a timely manner, and left the work area clean.
