Duane was awesome! I will definitely book Duane again to work on my truck. My fuel pump died on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get to work that night. I had my truck diagnosed by another mechanic at MyMechanic on Saturday to make sure it was the fuel pump. Then I booked a Sunday appointment to have Duane do the repair so I could get back on the road and not miss work on Monday. Duane did my repair on his normal day off and even went to get the parts himself when he found out that they wouldn't be available from his normal supplier until late Sunday afternoon, which would have forced me to reschedule the appointment to another day. Truck is running great and I found an excellent mechanic!

Nice spirited young man that gets the job fast and correct. I was very happy with his professionalism and work ethics . This was the third time I was pleased to have access to my service needs. He has become my go to guy!

Michael arrived on time with everything to complete the installation of a new alternator. While checking out the job, he discovered a loose connection. Turned out I didn't need an alternator after all saving me $400. Good service that I'll definitely use again.
