I don't let others work on my vehicle, but was unable to replace my starter due to a back injury. Jeremy showed up early, had all necessary tools and equipment, completed the job in a timely manner, and left the work area clean. Excellent mechanic and will call him again if needed before my back heals.

After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Brian exemplified what "customer service" really means. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself. He arrived, worked efficiently, and got me up and running in no time. Wish I had done this days earlier. Will definitely go to him for help on all of the 4 family vehicles.
