First off, I can’t thank Mazyar (Mark) enough for his excellent customer service by going above and beyond to fix my vehicle. I had to reschedule a few times because of the weather. I really needed my car fixed, but I do not have a covered parking spot. He understood my frustration and went above and beyond to find a shelter, so that he could be able to fix my car for me so I wouldn’t have to reschedule again. Needless to say my Old School Firebird is back up and running like the muscle car she is thanks to him. Words can’t express the gratitude and appreciation I’m feeling due to his excellent assistance in this matter. It was good to know that I could count on him to not just fix my car properly, but to also give me the confidence and security of trust in knowing that he was willing to not just care about my car, but care about me too.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing top-notch service from Jeremy, who went above and beyond to assist me. When my car battery died in a car that required a complicated battery removal process, Jeremy expertly replaced it. But what really set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile when I made an error in getting the wrong battery. Jeremy did not make a big deal about it and left and went and got the proper one and finished the job that afternoon. Thank you, Jeremy! You do not get this type of service anymore!
