Peter came out to us and was just amazing. He was patient with us even when we selected the wrong size for the starter that was dead, and helped us every step of the way. He was happy to explain what our car needed and what he was doing, and had wonderful recommendations for us to keep it in good working order.

Daniel quickly assessed my problem; it was my battery. Seeing that I had purchased a new battery from my Nissan dealership in 2018, I thought the battery would last at least 3 years so I didn't think that was my problem. Daniel pointed out the date of the battery to me , 7/16, which was the cause of my problem. He jumped the battery and recommended AutoZone because they will install the new battery which is what I did. Let me say this, Daniels made my experience with your company a pleasant one; so I will be sending more customers (most likely ladies) your way from my referrals. I must admit I was upset with myself because I have AAA and did not call them because I thought it was the starter only because of the month and year I purchased my battery from Nissan, 8/2018. I will address this issue with my dealership and sure I will be using you in the future. Thanks so very much!

Maybe not necessarily to his fault but was an hour late past the scheduled appointment time. When Daniel showed up he did a good job and briefed me on what he observed on my vehicle.
