I am very satisfied. I appreciate the way Rodney mentioned possible future services. The need for new break pads had been recommended to me by a tire establishment months ago. It felt like a hustle so I declined and checked with my then mechanic and he said there was time. Rodney confirmed that prognosis. I now have a new mechanic and Rodney will evaluate my break pad situation when he does my oil change in a couple of months. Rodney is so low key, and professional. I so appreciate his customer service skills. Also my car is running very well.

Christopher was amazing. He was on time and made sure I understood what was going on. The only issue I had with the service and why I did not go with 5 stars was not his fault. He was given the wrong part for my car and needed to come back the day after the original appointment to fix my car. This caused me a major inconvenience since my wife is pregnant and I needed to get her to a very important doctor's appointment. I had to then take an Uber because of this.
