I greatly enjoyed having Clarissa as my mechanic! She was very punctual, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I could tell she was passionate about her job which is always a great thing. She took the time to walk me through all the steps she was taking and provided me with knowledge about the different parts that were being inspected. She made sure the problem at hand was solved right away and offered recommendations and solutions for the next time.I was skeptical about this using this service at first but Clarissa definitely provided me with a wonderful first impression! I will definitely be booking Clarissa for the near future.

He made the whole experience a simple a straight forward experience. 10/10

He confirmed problem was with the EGR and because of the car's age and the state of the ?pipe? that attached to th EGR, he could not perform the work. So suggested that it would be best for an exhaust repair shop to address the issue. He went beyond the call by fixing an annoying sound from my back tire. Much appreciated! Car is fun to drive again.
