Joe called ahead of appointment to verify his arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the parts he would be using and also indicated he would be checking some of the common fluid levels. During his inspection, he pointed out that I was low on a few and would need to top them off soon. Upon completion of the job, Joe reviewed what he had done, indicated the things he would recommend doing soon, and processed the payment with no additional charges. This was exactly as promised...excellent!

Well 1st let me say Mr.Attilas is definitely a good mechanic and he knows his stuff, I give him 5 stars. The problem I have is I didn't understand the process. I paid $124 for an inspection for a broken electronic door handle in which I knew I had. So the mechanic comes out to my house takes the door apart to tell me I need a keyless electronic drivers side door handle, so that money I lost, I thought it would go towards fixing the issue. Now I need to pay for electronic door handle (which I knew) and then again get hit with the labor cost. I am not happy with that process, if you told me that money from the inspection went towards the entire cost and I had to pay for a new handle, that would have made me a lot more wanting this service in the future but knowing this is how your system works not so happy. When I bring my car to a mechanic at his place of business he doesn't charge me for looking at my car, he will tell me what I need and the complete cost of the job.

Mr. Raymond was very professional and he got the job done in a timely manner. He was an awesome to meet and I will probably always use yourmechanic.com for all my car services.
