Eric was a professional and took great care of the car. His earlier appointment was cancelled so he texted me if he could come early and that was all great with me. Determine the issue was the alternator. Appreciate that Andrew took the time to check that before just going ahead and doing the work that we thought needed to be done. Saved us money and our time and Andrew's time too.

He confirmed problem was with the EGR and because of the car's age and the state of the ?pipe? that attached to th EGR, he could not perform the work. So suggested that it would be best for an exhaust repair shop to address the issue. He went beyond the call by fixing an annoying sound from my back tire. Much appreciated! Car is fun to drive again.
