Arrived earlier than set appt time! Very efficient still; a bit bummed out that I wasn't able to get all the expected service today-- part was incorrectly ordered for him-- but Patrick has been helpful and professional about everything.

Came across this site accidentally but sooo glad I did...what a concept...getting excellent service where your car is located. I was reminded of the appointment several times so there were no suprises...I texted him that my driveway was steep and he wasn't sure if that would be a problem..he drove up, backed down..got right to work with no wasted time got the job done...my son in law thanked him for me and I told him to tell Dan we were extremely impressed with his service and professionalism. As a bonus I got a followup of the general condition of the car which was important to me since my husband was planning to trash it!! I'll keep it as long as I can...THANKS DAN!!
