I didn't know what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. I've never used this service before and I'm use to either doing the work myself or having a repair shop do the work. My car is working as it should. He had all the right tools and parts for the job and I didn't have to lend a hand or any personal tools other than starting the car when asked.
