Scott was timely and professional. He pointed out that our other diagnostic (from another company) was incorrect and rescheduled the appt to finx what was actually wrong with the car. He got it done in the time window and its now running great! The customer service people when you call in are AWFUL! Rude and dismissive, could have cared less about helping.
