Matthew took his time in explaining not just what he was going to do, but HOW the transmission is supposed to work and HOW his intervention would fix the issue. The experience is SO MUCH BETTER than the "red team, blue team, green team" that occurs when you walk into a typical repair shop. I am usually reluctant to recommend service providers out of fear that my friends and neighbors will hold me responsible for any negative outcomes. Scott was timely and professional. He pointed out that our other diagnostic (from another company) was incorrect and rescheduled the appt to finx what was actually wrong with the car. He got it done in the time window and its now running great! The customer service people when you call in are AWFUL! Rude and dismissive, could have cared less about helping. I called twice and spoke to two different people and got off the phone feeling like I'd been slapped!
